Role Overview:
Join our team as a Business Marketing Expert and make a difference by envision our B2B segment and channel strategies to fully utilize the potential and maximize the performance of our B2B products and services.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence, working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure the execution of the company’s goals
Your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute strategies for improvement of the B2B servicing channels mix to drive customer delight;
- Set, track, and manage KPIs, identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer experience and channel/product performance.
- Participate in the target setting and performance monitoring of the segments/channels to drive optimal results;
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company to ensure consistent servicing levels, smooth implementation and operational excellence across segments and channels.
- Support the preparation and updates of the commercial products roadmap.
- Use design thinking and business analysis to uncover user needs and business objectives.

- Strong leadership: Ability to motivate the teams across channels and define properly the resources and tools they need to perform their job well by leveraging on their strengths and improving shortcomings;
- Communication mastery: Deliver clear, understandable and accurate information to the stakeholders in an efficient manner and through the right channel;
- Sales management proficiency: Excellent performance management skills to support the sales channels through coaching, goal implementations and ensuring the availability of resources to achieve long-term success;
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex information, identify opportunities, and develop strategic solutions;
- Project Management: Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and delivering projects on time and within scope;
- Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Presentation and Reporting: Expertise in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and reports.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
