Business Sales Manager (SME)

The impact you’ll make:
You’ll play a key role in the success of our business clients. You’ll develop and inspire the sales professionals in your team, helping them to provide the best solutions and build stable partnerships. Your contribution will be fundamental to Yettel’s growth in the corporate segment for your region.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expansion of the client base in the assigned territory.

  • Monitor and facilitate the quality execution of company goals.

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue from existing clients.

  • Participate in the selection of new sales representatives.

  • Track and control the overall performance of the team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Support the business sales professionals in your team for their maximum performance.
