The impact you’ll make:
As a CRM Systems Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our CRM systems, ensuring their seamless operation, configuration, and change management. Your contribution will guarantee that our business teams have the tools they need to work efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within CRM systems.

• Work closely with system vendors – both internal and external.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate them effectively with vendors.

• Hold overall responsibility for the design and implementation of CRM Applications used to support business needs.

• Responsible for customizing systems.

• Manage the integration layer between systems.

• Keep up with the latest developments of the systems, plan and carry out system functionality implementation.

• Support the UAT team within test scenarios of the software systems end-to-end.

• Ensure full system functionality.

We expect from you:

• Deep CRM understanding: Your proven experience in the CRM domain allows you to grasp how these systems effectively support our business goals and operations.

• Excellent communication skills: You can convey complex technical concepts clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical teams.

• A systematic approach: You are organized, skilled in planning and managing multiple tasks effectively to achieve your goals.

• Integrity and reliability: You commit to your responsibilities and execute them with precision and ethical conduct.
