Channel Development Senior Specialist

The impact you’ll make:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our retail and call center channels. Your primary responsibility will be to design by business channel perspective, develop as a concept, and implement tools and system functionalities that make retail operations more efficient, improve customer service speed, and deliver a seamless digital experience.

Your work will directly influence how customers interact with us, making their journey smoother and more digital-friendly, while empowering retail agents with tools that boost productivity and efficiency.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build deep knowledge of internal systems across retail and call center channels, understanding their functionalities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Propose, design, and implement system enhancements and new features that improve agent productivity and customer experience.
  • Analyze end-to-end processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Represent retail and call center channels in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with IT, operations, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

 

We expect from you:

  • Process Analysis Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in complex workflows.
  • Digital & System Knowledge: Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and system functionalities, with a passion for continuous optimization.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage initiatives end-to-end, from planning and execution to delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams such as IT, operations, and business units.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to develop practical, scalable solutions that improve both operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement Attitude: Proactive, innovation-driven approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Relevant Background: Experience in sales, retail, call center operations, or process management that provides strong business understanding.
