The impact you’ll make:
You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer channels(Retail and Call Center). You'll support major projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure our channels operate smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting how our customers connect with us.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of channel roadmap projects, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed objectives. You will closely track progress, manage priorities, and support successful project completion.
• Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives related to customer channels, representing the channel perspective and ensuring that efficient and well-structured processes are implemented to drive channel performance and operational excellence.
• Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of tools, initiatives, and process improvements that enhance operational and sales efficiency across Retail and Call Center channels.
• Analyze channel performance, processes, and project outcomes, transforming data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare structured analyses, recommendations, and business cases, and present findings to Consumer Channels Management through presentations.
