Role Overview:
The Chatbot Product Owner should be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of our Chatbot product — from initial development and vendor collaboration to full implementation and continuous evolution.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Define and communicate the chatbot product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business needs and user requirements into a clear, actionable product backlog and business requirements.
- Validate and prioritize technical and business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of the chatbot solution together with vendors and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the chatbot product.
- Own, refine, and prioritize the chatbot backlog continuously, ensuring that work focuses on delivering maximum value.
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure excellent conversational and user experience design.
- Monitor chatbot performance through analytics, feedback, and user testing.
- Initiate improvements based on performance data, user feedback, and new technology opportunities.

- Product Ownership & Vision: Proven ability to define and evolve product vision within the digital customer experience space, including chatbot and AI-driven solutions.
- Backlog & Delivery Expertise: Skilled in backlog management, prioritization, and writing clear, actionable user stories that drive successful outcomes.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Competent in interpreting chatbot performance metrics (KPIs, analytics) and applying insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and external vendors.
- Customer-Centric Thinking: Deep understanding of user needs with the ability to design intuitive, impactful solutions that elevate the customer experience.
