Role Overview:


If you are keen on working with details and you are interested in investigating fraud cases, there is an opportunity to apply for Credit Control Specialist.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

 

  • Follow and apply rules related to credit and fraud control together with the other corporate procedures of the company.
  • Prepare regular reporting of suspicious customers and fraud practices in conflict with corporate procedures.
  • Monitor Credit Control, Fraud and Credit Scoring systems and report issues, participate in problem solving and testing.
  • Support Credit Scoring processes.

 
What we would expect from you

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Your strong computer skills will be essential in this role.
  • Experience First: Your hands-on experience is crucial. With at least 2 years of experience in the Telecom industry, you bring a wealth of practical knowledge to our team.
  • Organized Planner: Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure seamless project execution. Your ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively will be essential.
  • Team Collaboration: Be an effective team player, contributing positively to a collaborative work environment. Your interpersonal skills will help you foster positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
