Role Overview:

As a Credit Control Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing financial risk, monitoring customer payments, and ensuring accurate and timely credit processes. You’ll work cross-functionally to resolve issues, prevent fraud, and improve internal procedures.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor customer payments and credit limits in line with internal policies
  • Identify and escalate fraud or high-risk cases
  • Communicate with customers and departments to resolve credit-related issues
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain reporting systems
  • Propose improvements to optimize credit control processes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards


We expect from you:

  • Experience First: Your hands-on experience is crucial. With at least 2 years of experience in the Telecom industry, you bring a wealth of practical knowledge to our team.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify risk trends, and make sound decisions to minimize exposure.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • English Language Skills: Good written and verbal English is considered an advantage.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Your strong computer skills will be essential in this role.
  • Innovative and Flexible: Bring your proactive, open-minded, and adaptable mindset to create novel approaches toward tasks, problems, and needs, driving change and innovation.
  • Bonus Competencies:
    Fraud Prevention and Credit Risk Expertise: Experience in fraud prevention or credit risk management will be considered an advantage, adding an extra layer of value to your role.
