Role Overview:

As a Customer Lifecycle Expert, you will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value. You will leverage deep customer insights, segmentation, and personalized campaign execution to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop & implement customer lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back phases.
  • Analyze customer data & segment audiences using predictive modeling and AI-driven insights to create personalized experiences.
  • Design proactive retention & churn prevention strategies, including loyalty programs, personalized offers, and targeted interventions.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior and usage patterns.
  • Execute omnichannel CLM campaigns across SMS, email, mobile app, and call center to maximize customer engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize lifecycle strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, digital, and customer experience teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals.
  • Leverage CRM, data analytics, and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lifecycle marketing.

 

We expect from you:

  • Hands-on experience in customer lifecycle management – you’ve worked in a data-driven role where customer engagement and retention were your top priorities
  • Data & analytical skills – ability to analyze large datasets, create customer segments, and apply predictive modeling for decision-making
  • Marketing automation & CRM knowledge – experience working with tools that enable personalization and customer journey automation
  • Strategic & customer-centric mindset – ability to translate data insights into business strategies that enhance customer experience and revenue
  • Problem-solving & decision-making skills – proactive in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management – strong ability to work cross-functionally and align different teams toward common customer goals
  • Fluency in English – strong verbal and written communication skills
