Customer Lifecycle Specialist

The impact you’ll make:

As a Customer Lifecycle Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value. You will leverage deep customer insights, segmentation, and personalized campaign execution to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the development & implementation of customer lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back phases.
  • Assist in analyzing customer usage and behavior data (e.g., prepaid/postpaid activity, plan upgrades, churn signals) to create targeted customer segments.
  • Help implement customer retention actions such as personalized offers, loyalty benefits, and churn prevention campaigns.
  • Monitor customer journeys and support upsell/cross-sell activities (e.g., additional services, plan upgrades, device bundles).
  • Assist in setting up and running multichannel campaigns via SMS, email, mobile app notifications, and call center touchpoints
  • Track KPIs like churn rate, ARPU, customer lifetime value, and campaign response rates, and suggest improvements. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, digital, and customer experience teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to set up and deliver targeted campaigns efficiently

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Data & analytical skills – analyze large datasets, create customer segments, and apply predictive modeling for decision-making
  • Marketing automation & CRM knowledge – experience working with tools that enable personalization and customer journey automation
  • Strategic & customer-centric mindset – ability to translate data insights into business strategies that enhance customer experience and revenue
  • Problem-solving & decision-making skills – proactive in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management – strong ability to work cross-functionally and align different teams toward common customer goals
  • Fluency in English – strong verbal and written communication skills
