Role Overview:

As a Digital Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, human-centered copy for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone of voice. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop content that drives engagement and supports the overall digital strategy.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Write, proofread, translate and edit content for websites, apps, and digital assets.
• Develop and apply copy strategies for digital customer journeys.
• Collaborate with product owners and analysts to test and optimize content performance.
• Craft engaging, witty, and brand-aligned copy that drives results.
• Ensure SEO, UX/UI, and accessibility best practices in all content.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring content to life.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content technologies.

We expect from you:

• Digital Expertise – Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, and the role of AI in content visibility.
• Content Mastery – Proven ability to craft engaging copy for websites, apps, and digital channels.
• Bilingual Skills – Excellent writing and proofreading in Bulgarian and English.
• Tech Proficiency – Experience with CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and AI-supported writing tools.
• Adaptability – Quick to adjust to changing business and market needs.
• Problem-Solving – Creative mindset with a proactive approach.
• Collaboration – Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
