Role Overview:
As a Digitial Analytics Expert, you will be responsible for measuring the success of digital customer journeys against business KPIs while monitoring external factors. This involves regular data collection, research, and reporting to product owners, requiring a critical thinking and data-driven mindset.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize key findings, trends, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with web, digital marketing, app teams, and performance agencies to ensure accurate measurement across digital experiences.
- Work closely with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager analysts to optimize the web and app analytics architecture.
- Lead the design and execution of A/B or multivariant tests to improve customer journey effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance content strategy, UX/UI, and digital customer experiences.
- Define an optimal tagging strategy with stakeholders to meet business goals and advise on tracking tools like AppFlyer and Kochava.
- Ensure the integrity of the tagging ecosystem by monitoring and improving its accuracy.
- Monitor competitors and global leaders to drive internal knowledge and initiate tests for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and product research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
We expect from you:
- Data Analytics Expertise – 3+ years of experience with BigQuery, Looker, GA4, Google Tag Manager (JavaScript events & triggers). GA/G4, GTM certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel usage.
- Strategic Insight – Ability to analyze complex data sets and optimize customer journeys with data-driven recommendations.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, debugging, and process improvement skills.
- Collaboration & Communication – Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English (verbal & written).
- Adaptability – Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
