The impact you’ll make:

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a leading role in financial planning and decision support, acting as a bridge between raw data and high-impact business strategy. You will help us see beyond the numbers by promoting reporting and action-driven excellence.

What you’ll do:
•   Take ownership of regular and ad-hoc financial reporting, performance presentations, and KPI tracking
•    Lead the preparation of reports for Group HQ and external stakeholders
•    Play a key role in month-end and year-end financial closings
•    Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify past trends and future opportunities
•    Recommend and implement new reporting and analysis approaches to ensure accuracy, clarity, and strategic value
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that matter
 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
•    Analytical Mindset – Ability to interpret financial data, recognize patterns, and deliver actionable insights by extracting and analyzing them
•    Business & Financial Acumen – Solid grasp of KPIs, financial metrics, and performance indicators
•    Tech-Savvy – Strong skills in MS Office, business intelligence tools, and data modeling
•    Detail-Oriented Problem Solver – Proactive and precise in identifying issues and improving processes
•    Strong Communicator & Team Player – Comfortable working across departments and communicating with stakeholders
•    Very Good in English – Confident in handling financial data and collaborating in an international environment
