The impact you’ll make:
As a Graphic Designer, you will shape how the Yettel brand is seen and experienced across all digital touchpoints. You'll create compelling visual content for our social media and digital campaigns, ensuring that every asset reflects our brand’s identity, values, and strategic vision. Your creativity will be at the heart of bringing our brand story to life online.

What you’ll do:

• Develop a wide range of visual content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns, always aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Use approved design tools and software with proficiency to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets efficiently and consistently.
• Work confidently with AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflows, generate concepts, and support content development in line with evolving industry practices.
• Apply a project management mindset to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate seamlessly across internal teams and agency partners.
• Confidently present and pitch your creative concepts and artwork to stakeholders.

We expect from you:

• Design Proficiency: To be proficient in professional design software and genuinely excited to experiment with AI tools and new technologies that push creative boundaries.
• Digital & Social Expertise: A deep understanding of what makes content engaging on different social and digital platforms, and the ability to tailor visuals that capture attention and align with brand goals.
• Creative Communication Skills: The ability to explain your design choices and confidently present your creative work to both internal teams and external partners.
• A Collaborative Spirit: The ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and a passion for collaborating with others to bring ambitious projects to life.
• A Growth-Oriented & Problem-Solving Mindset: A positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, paired with a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
