The impact you’ll make:
You'll be crucial in protecting Yettel from cyber and IT security threats, leading the adoption of Information Security Management Systems and international standards. Your expertise will safeguard our critical infrastructure, technologies, and information, ensuring secure operations and strategic risk mitigation.

What you’ll do:

Lead a team to implement and manage Information Security Management systems, from planning to risk management.
Identify security vulnerabilities, analyze new threats, and conduct technical risk assessments to protect company information.
Translate business and risk requirements into technical controls and oversee the deployment of security technologies.
Manage responses to cyber threats and coordinate incident investigations.
Develop action plans, manage budgets, and serve as the focal point for all information security communication.
Drive continuous improvement in security architecture, best practices, and operational processes.

You're a strategic security visionary: You have a deep understanding of information risk concepts and industry best practices to shape our security goals.
You're an expert in risk management: Proficient with leading risk and control frameworks (e.g., Cobit, ISO 27000), you effectively reduce risks. Certifications like CISSP, CRISC, CISM are a strong plus.
You're a proven leader and mentor: You have a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams, particularly in Information Security and IT. You foster a secure and productive work environment.
You have deep technical security acumen: You possess significant technical experience in network and infrastructure security, with insight into IT systems, vulnerabilities, and security tools.
You're a master communicator and influencer: You can effectively convey complex security concepts and build strong stakeholder relationships.
You're an analytical problem-solver: You apply critical thinking to translate requirements into robust technical controls and solve security challenges.
You excel in project management: You have broad experience in planning, budgeting, and coordinating security initiatives.
You are adaptable and proactive: You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating innovation, flexibility, and independent work.
You're committed to compliance: You have detailed knowledge of privacy legislation like GDPR and ensure adherence to internal policies.
