The impact you’ll make: 

We are looking for an Invoicing & Billing Operations Expert to manage and continuously improve our customer invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficient invoice delivery.

The role combines operational expertise, data analysis and process improvement, with active participation in the Billing Modernization program, including validation of the integration between the new Billing platform and the Invoicing system.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and control the end-to-end customer invoicing process, including invoice generation, printing and delivery through paper and digital channels.
• Validate the accuracy, completeness and consistency of customer invoices and their compliance with approved layouts and business requirements.
• Analyze invoicing data, identify discrepancies and support root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Monitor electronic invoice processes and troubleshoot issues related to invoice generation, content and delivery.
• Manage and optimize invoice printing and delivery processes and related costs.
• Coordinate activities with external printing, mailing and courier service providers.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to invoice volumes, delivery channels, costs and operational performance.
• Support Legal, Finance, HR, auditors and public authorities with invoicing-related information and documentation when required.
• Continuously analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and AI-supported process improvement.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to support data analysis, anomaly identification, reporting, documentation, root-cause analysis and optimization of repetitive operational controls.
• Actively participate in our Billing Modernization program and contribute to the implementation of our future billing and invoicing environment

• Collaboration Skills: Strong team player, coordinating seamlessly with Sales, Finance, and Tech teams.
• Adaptability: Flexible and eager to embrace system upgrades and process improvements.
