The impact you’ll make:

As a Junior QA Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. With a sharp eye for detail and a curious mindset, you’ll contribute to every stage of the testing process — helping us deliver products that meet high standards and real user needs.

What you’ll do:

• Execute manual test cases and report results with precision
• Collaborate closely with QA Engineers and developers to track and reproduce issues
• Maintain and update test documentation and reports
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr to log, manage, and track test execution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a continuous improvement culture
• Apply and evolve QA best practices while expanding your skills in telecom testing

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Practical exposure or academic background in manual software testing
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (or similar collaboration tools)
• Basic knowledge of test management tools like Zephyr
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow testing instructions precisely
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken Business English
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow in the QA field
