The impact you’ll make:

As a Junior QA Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. With a sharp eye for detail and a curious mindset, you’ll contribute to every stage of the testing process — helping us deliver products that meet high standards and real user needs.

What you’ll do:

• Execute manual test cases and report results with precision
• Collaborate closely with QA Engineers and developers to track and reproduce issues
• Maintain and update test documentation and reports
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr to log, manage, and track test execution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a continuous improvement culture
• Apply and evolve QA best practices while expanding your skills in telecom testing

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Manual Testing: Apply practical knowledge to execute thorough manual software testing.
• Collaboration Tools: Use Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms to manage and track testing activities.
• Test Management: Utilize tools like Zephyr for test case documentation and execution.
• Detail Orientation: Follow testing instructions precisely to ensure high-quality results.
• Communication: Communicate clearly in written and spoken Business English.
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to develop in QA.
