Role Overview:

The role of the Late Collection Expert requires design, organize and managing the late stage of the bad debt portfolio. The person in this position will provide support in regards with the process of control and monitoring of all activities related to the late stage of debt collection.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Support, control and report all activities at the late stage of debt collection of outstanding customer invoices
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Debt Collection Agencies and legal entities
• Control and support processes, procedures and manuals, and monitor all legal activities thus ensuring completion within required timeframe and in compliance to all policies
• Monitor the process of transferring receivables and cessionary agreements
• Monitor all legal activities thus ensuring completion within required timeframe and in compliance to internal policies
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management

We expect from you:

• A university degree in the Legal field is preferred, though degrees in Finance, Economics, or related areas will also be considered
• Good communication and organization skills
• Experience in Collection, Legal, Controlling or another related field
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Good command of English
