What you’ll do:
The role of the Late Collection Specialist involves managing the late stage of the bad debt portfolio. The person in this position will provide support in controlling and monitoring all activities related to the late stage of debt collection. 


Your responsibilities will be:

• Support, control, and report all activities related to the late stage of debt collection of outstanding customer invoices

• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Debt Collection Agencies and legal entities

• Control and support processes, procedures, and manuals, and monitor all legal activities to ensure completion within required timeframes and in compliance with company policies

• Monitor the process of transferring receivables and cessionary agreements

• Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 

• Good communication and organization skills
• Experience in Collection, Controlling, or Legal areas will be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Good command of English
