Role Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Lead at Yettel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing test requirements, designing user acceptance test cases, executing test cases on various platforms, and reporting software quality issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning testing activities, identifying risks, and supporting test efficiency initiatives.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the testing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality and efficiency.
- Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with business objectives and project requirements.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans, ensuring comprehensive validation of functionalities and system performance.
- Establish and maintain high-quality testing standards, methodologies, and best practices in compliance with industry regulations.
- Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor testing progress, and provide regular updates on risks, issues, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, stay updated on industry trends, and implement innovative testing solutions.
We expect from you:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Experience: solid background in software testing and quality assurance
- Agile & DevOps Experience: Ability to integrate testing into Agile and DevOps environments, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop a testing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills
