The impact you’ll make:

You will be at the core of our Mobile Network's strategic evolution. Your work will focus on making the right technology choices, developing advanced analytics capabilities, and implementing new solutions that support Yettel’s strategic goals. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our network, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional services.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the high-level planning of our Mobile Network, shaping its technology roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Lead the development of network analytics, turning complex data from multiple systems into actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams, IT, and managed service partners to align on technical requirements and project goals.
• Lead and participate in key technology projects where your Mobile Network expertise is crucial for success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, translating market needs and new technologies into strategic advantages for Yettel.
• Support the design of core network infrastructure and ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.

We expect from you: 

• You have a knack for data: You possess strong knowledge of data analysis and management tools and are skilled at handling and interpreting large volumes of network data (e.g., signalling, traffic, terminals).

• You're a strategic thinker: You have a goal-oriented and business-centric mindset, always connecting technical decisions to customer needs and market trends.
• You thrive on collaboration: You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.
• You bring order to complexity: Your strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills allow you to manage complex projects and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• You're a natural problem-solver: You are comfortable in the telecommunications and/or IT world and enjoy using your expertise to tackle new challenges.
• You are a clear communicator: You have a good command of English (both written and verbal).
• You're a tech enthusiast: Experience with Python would be considered an advantage, showcasing your passion for leveraging technology.
