Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Frontline Training Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves spearheading the implementation of development programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of our frontline staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive training initiatives within the retail sector, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, soft skills, and managerial capabilities.

Your Responsibilities  will be:

• Develop and implement comprehensive development programs tailored to the needs of frontline staff within the retail and call center environments.
• Utilize expertise in sales training, product knowledge training, and soft skills training to enhance staff performance and customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement internal content for training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide coaching and support to managers across various functions to improve their leadership and managerial skills.
• Utilize AI and stay abreast of emerging trends in the market to continuously evolve and enhance training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address them effectively.
