Revenue Assurance Analyst

The impact you’ll make:
You'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our revenue by ensuring that the millions of daily transactions across our network—from calls to subscriptions—are measured and billed with perfect accuracy. You will be the one who turns vast amounts of data into answers, finding and fixing revenue leaks and building automated controls to prevent them from happening again. Your work will have a direct, measurable impact, returning real value to the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, maintain, and monitor reports and automated controls using MS SQL and SSIS.

  • Develop and optimise ETL processes to consolidate data from multiple source systems.

  • Prepare traffic and usage reconciliations between network, mediation, billing, and financial systems.

  • Verify the accuracy of prepaid registration, provisioning, rating, billing, and related processes.

  • Investigate identified discrepancies end-to-end to determine the root cause and quantify the financial impact.

  • Report your findings and recommendations to the Revenue Assurance and Distribution Control Manager.

  • Work closely with colleagues from Commercial, Technology, and Finance to support new products and services, preventing leakage before it starts.

  • Propose and help implement solutions—from controls and automations to procedural changes—at the root level.

  • Participate in risk and threat assessments for new products and services.

  • You're a data detective: You have a natural ability to work with large datasets and use SQL to uncover the story hidden within the numbers.

  • You're a curious problem-solver: You possess a methodical, curious approach to problem-solving and aren't satisfied until you understand exactly why the numbers don't match.

  • You connect the dots: You have strong attention to detail but can also see the bigger process picture, understanding how small discrepancies can impact the entire system.

  • You're a clear communicator: You can translate complex technical findings into clear and understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • You're an AI enthusiast (optional but valued): You have hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work, such as leveraging LLMs for data exploration, query generation, or automating repetitive analytical tasks.
