The impact you’ll make:

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and evolving our Business Intelligence landscape. Your work will support teams in optimizing performance and achieving strategic objectives, while ensuring our data infrastructure remains reliable, efficient, and future-ready.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the analysis, design, and development of BI and DWH solutions.
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions, enhancements, and new functionalities.
• Develop, optimize, and document BI systems to ensure high performance and 24/7 availability.
• Participate in projects related to reporting, analytics, and data integration, offering technical expertise.
• Plan and execute testing, implementation, change control, and advanced support for BI systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, from requirements definition to solution evaluation.
• Support and train users in their daily work with BI systems and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical roadmaps, and operational procedures in the BI domain.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• BI & DWH Expertise: Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse development and support.
• SQL & Oracle Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle in BI/DWH environments.
• Data Integration Knowledge: Understanding of ETL processes, large-scale data environments, and data integration; experience with Big Data platforms, Python, and Hadoop is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• System Development & Troubleshooting: Experience in BI system development, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactivity & Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
