The impact you’ll make: 
As a Billing Control Expert in our Billing Control Department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our billing processes. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting billing system improvements and helping us modernize the way we work.

What you’ll do:

•    Verify and validate end-to-end billing results, ensuring their completeness, accuracy and consistency.
•    Monitor billing processes and controls and identify discrepancies and potential financial or customer impact.
•    Investigate complex billing, system and process issues and perform root-cause analysis.
•    Coordinate the resolution of identified issues with Finance, IT and other relevant business teams.
•    Design, maintain and continuously improve billing and financial controls.
•    Analyze billing data and system behavior to identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
•    Support the development and improvement of IT system architecture related to billing controls and financial reporting.
•    Continuously analyze workflows, systems and procedures and propose improvements, automation and optimization opportunities.
•    Develop reports and analyses supporting billing control and management decision-making.
•    Ensure that billing controls and processes comply with internal financial control, data confidentiality and information security requirements.
•    Use AI, automation and advanced analytical tools to support anomaly detection, data analysis, root-cause investigation, reporting and process optimization.
•    Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive controls and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Billing Control activities.

• Collaboration Skills: Strong team player, coordinating seamlessly with Sales, Finance, and Tech teams.
• Adaptability: Flexible and eager to embrace system upgrades and process improvements.
