The impact you’ll make:

As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist - Retail Network, you’ll help shape the skills, knowledge, and confidence of our retail teams. You’ll design and deliver learning experiences that empower people to perform at their best, strengthen our customer service, and drive the success of the entire retail network. 

What you’ll do:

• Conduct learning needs analysis across retail teams and coordinate closely with regional and operational managers.
• Design impactful learning plans that combine digital courses, in-person workshops, mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job learning.
• Develop and deliver engaging training experiences using tools like Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, Canva, and LMS platforms.
• Facilitate various types of trainings – onboarding, upskilling, product knowledge – for both small and large audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business priorities and performance goals.
• Support and coach other trainers, ensuring consistent learning delivery across locations.
• Administer learning programs, manage certification processes, and track results through our LMS.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in L&D – including content creation, training facilitation, and learning project coordination.
• Proven ability to structure training programs based on business and learner needs.
• Experience in blended learning design: classroom, online, digital, coaching and mentoring.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences.
• Solid hands-on experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360, iSpring, Canva, Camtasia) and LMS systems.
• Strong communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
• Experience in telecom or fast-paced retail environments is a plus.
