The impact you’ll make
As a Senior Learning Experience & Retail Enablement Specialist, you will help shape the skills, knowledge, and confidence of our retail teams.

You will create learning solutions that support employee performance, strengthen the customer experience, and contribute directly to our business goals. Your work will cover the full learning cycle – from identifying development needs and analysing performance data to designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.

One of your key priorities will be the development of capabilities related to our growing insurance business and help us make scalable learning experience across the channels.

What you’ll do

• Analyse learning and performance needs across retail teams and identify development priorities using business results, data, and stakeholder input.
• Design and manage end-to-end learning programs, from needs analysis and content development to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Create onboarding, upskilling, certification, and blended learning experiences combining digital learning, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job development.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, Canva, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.
• Facilitate learning sessions covering sales, customer experience, product, service, leadership, and insurance topics, supporting teams in confidently presenting insurance solutions to customers.
• Use AI and learning data to improve content, learner experience, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, trainers, and subject-matter experts and manage learning projects from concept to successful implementation.

We expect from you

• Practical experience in Learning & Development, including learning design, content creation, training delivery, or learning project coordination.
• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in telecom, technology, insurance, retail, or other customer-facing industries.
• Strong understanding of the learning cycle, from needs analysis and program design to implementation, measurement, and improvement.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with data and performance insights.
• Hands-on experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, Canva, or Camtasia, and LMS platforms.
• Interest in using AI to enhance learning content, learner experience, and learning processes.
• Experience in developing sales, customer experience, product, onboarding, or leadership programs, as well as managing learning projects, would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes, learning analytics, or AI-supported learning solutions would be an advantage.
• Good command of Bulgarian and English.
