Senior Sourcing Specialist

The Senior Sourcing Specialist will be part of the Finance Division, working closely with internal teams to ensure smart, strategic, and value-driven procurement decisions.

The impact you’ll make:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring Yettel’s technological edge by driving sourcing strategies that bring quality, value, and innovation to every project. Your expertise will directly support our digital transformation and sustainable growth journey — helping us connect people, businesses, and ideas in smarter ways. You will be responsible for the evaluation, adjustment, administration, and implementation of the Sourcing process in the company.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in Local and Regional Sourcing initiatives as defined in the Sourcing Policy and Procedure.

• Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate with them on commercial terms (products, service levels, prices, geographical coverage, etc.).

• Coordinate negotiations and assist in signing related contracts based on the sourcing process outcome.

• Obtain the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) value, considering price, quality, and timely delivery.

• Direct the consulting process with departments to determine needs and develop specifications for goods or services.

• Implement sourcing plans and strategies to minimize risk and costs while assessing current spending and the supply market.

• Prepare analysis, forecasts, and reports for Sourcing needs.

• Assure all Sourcing operations are in compliance with the overall strategic direction of the company.

• Manage vendor relationships and perform contract management, including supply forecasts and follow-up on execution.

• Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to execute sourcing projects that deliver measurable value, with thorough knowledge and understanding of best practices and processes.

• Negotiation Skills: Confidence and finesse in securing agreements that balance cost, quality, and innovation.

• Contract Management: Skilled at interpreting and managing complex supplier agreements and legal documentation.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess data, market trends, and supplier performance to guide decisions, prepare analysis, forecasts, and reports.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: A good communicator who builds trust across teams and functions.

• Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Pragmatic, creative approach to overcoming procurement challenges.

• Team-Player: A flexible and loyal team player who contributes to a positive work environment.

• Language Skills: Very good English.

• Technical Proficiency: Very good PC skills (MS Office, SAP will be an advantage).
