Role Overview:


We are looking for a Shop Evolution Specialist to join our team and lead the development, expansion, and maintenance of Yettel’s retail stores. This role combines project management, negotiations, documentation, and technical execution. You’ll be responsible for delivering modern, efficient, and customer-friendly retail spaces across the country — from planning to opening.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage store, renovations, expansions, and modernizations within a project based setup

  • Follow strictly the monthly schedule
  • Oversee the execution of construction projects and ensure compliance with project documentation

  • Handle all required documentation and permits in line with regulatory requirements

  • Track payments and ensure they align with completed work and quality standards

  • Monitor construction work and maintenance activities, keeping them within approved budgets and timelines

  • Coordinate temporary store openings when required

  • Constant store visits and presence during key activities (example: furniture installation)
  • Participation in the construction of temporary stores (kiosk-type) before the start of the civil works in the main location.
  • Preparation of KCC (bill of quantitiy) (in cases where there is no KCC prepared by the design office). Will be aplicable only at a substitute store, kiosk type.
  • Verification of KCC (bill of quantitiy) submitted by the design bureaus.
  • Checking the projects in all parts submitted by the design offices, before handing them over to the construction company for the start of construction work. Submitting corrections as needed.
  • Correspondence with all suppliers  involved in the process, including external contractors (and municipal authorities if needed).
  • Coordinating activities and contractors with a view to delivering quality performance.
  • Preparation of a linear schedule for the site and follow-up for compliance with the set deadlines.
  • Coordinating the activity of all suppliers in order to correctly and promptly execute the object. Requirement to remove inconsistencies and deficiencies in the execution of the reconstruction and other installations at the site, caused by the action or inaction of the  contractors.
  • Coordinating supplies of materials, tracking stock and placing orders as needed.
  • Acceptance and handover of the implementation of activities from suppliers to the contracting authority (design offices, construction companies, furniture manufacturers, alarm systems, digital signage, lighting, HVAC, etc.)
  • Acceptance-transmission and temporary storage of documentation for the Contracting Authority's sites.
  • Preparation of reports regarding the activities performed, technical problems and other requested.

 

We Expect From You:

  • Technical knowledge in construction and infrastructure of commercial properties
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive approach
