The Sourcing Expert will be part of the Finance Division, working closely with internal teams to ensure smart, strategic, and value-driven procurement decisions.

The impact you’ll make:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring Yettel’s technological edge by driving sourcing strategies that bring quality, value, and innovation to every project. Your expertise will directly support our digital transformation and sustainable growth journey — helping us connect people, businesses, and ideas in smarter ways. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement, evaluation, adjustment, administration, and implementation of the Sourcing process in the company.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects within IT and/or Network domains.
• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers through structured RFx processes.
• Negotiate contracts and secure optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions.
• Maintain and nurture strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and transparency.

We expect from you:

• Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to execute sourcing projects that deliver measurable value, with thorough knowledge and understanding of best practices and processes.

• Negotiation Skills: Confidence and finesse in securing agreements that balance cost, quality, and innovation.

• Contract Management: Skilled at interpreting and managing complex supplier agreements and legal documentation.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess data, market trends, and supplier performance to guide decisions, prepare analysis, forecasts, and reports.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communicator who builds trust across teams and functions.

• Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Pragmatic, creative approach to overcoming procurement challenges.

• Team-Player: A flexible and loyal team player who contributes to a positive work environment.

• Language Skills: Very good English.

• Technical Proficiency: Very good PC skills (MS Office, SAP will be an advantage).
