Role Overview:

Handle projects related to the administration and implementation of the Sourcing process in the company.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Identification of suitable suppliers
• Negotiation with suppliers on any commercial terms (products, service levels, prices, geographical coverage, etc.)
• Negotiations, co-ordination and assistance in signing related contracts, based on the outcome of the sourcing process, vendor management
• Obtain the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) value (price & quality, delivered at the right time)
• Direct the overall consulting process with departments in determining needs and developing specifications for goods or services
• Implement sourcing strategy (where to purchase, considering demand and supply situations, while minimizing risk and costs)
• Assessment of current spending and supply market
• Prepare analysis, forecast and reports for Sourcing needs

We expect from you:

• Sourcing and Procurement Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of sourcing and procurement practices and processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced PC skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear and effective business interactions.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Negotiation Competence: Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Teamwork: Flexibility and loyalty in a team environment, contributing positively to group dynamics and shared objectives.
• Adaptability: Capability to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic procurement environment.
