Role Overview: 

 

This position plays a crucial role in leading the Business Telemarketing Team, ensuring efficient operations, and optimizing sales performance. The Team Leader is responsible for organizing outbound campaigns, monitoring team productivity, and driving high-quality service delivery to both internal and external clients.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

 

  • Organize, control, and coordinate the activities of the Business Telemarketing Team.
  • Propose and implement outbound campaigns for upselling and new business acquisition.
  • Develop sales strategies, prepare target customer lists, and create sales scenarios.
  • Set performance and customer care standards while ensuring adherence to company goals.
  • Establish and apply measurement tools to track team performance and efficiency.
  • Provide solutions to improve the team’s performance and achieve business targets.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize results.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to analyze data and report performance.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a business environment.
