Treasury and Operations Specialist

The impact you’ll make: 
In this role, you will contribute to the company’s financial stability by ensuring the efficient execution of treasury operations. You will support cash management, banking activities, and liquidity planning while helping maintain accurate financial processes, strong internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

What you’ll do:

• Execute daily treasury operations, including processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments.
• Monitor and manage cash positions across bank accounts
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports
•  Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic business requirements
•  Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and support banking administration activities
• Monitor compliance with treasury policies, procedures and internal controls
• Prepare treasury reports, analyses and dashboards for management review
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury operations
• Ensure proper accounting and documentation of treasury transactions
• Participate in implementation and optimization of treasury processes, systems and controls
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required treasury documentation
• Maintain treasury master data, including bank accounts, signatories and payment authorities
• Monitor bank fees, interest charges and financing costs and provide related analyses
• Support working capital management initiatives and cash optimization projects
• Participate in ERP and treasury management system improvements

We expect from you:

• Relevant professional experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting or Banking
• Good understanding of cash management, liquidity planning and treasury operations
• Knowledge of financial instruments, banking products and payment processes is an advantage
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Experience and knowledge of AI will be an advantage
