The impact you’ll make:
The UX designer is responsible for tactical and operational design propositions and UX implementation of the company Digital Channel strategy, including online presence, self-care and e-commerce channel presence. Responsible to create, develop and establish/operates with the UX brand guideline, providing functional UX & UI designs to the users of Yettel product lines, and to develop and manage online journeys and related web- and mobile app interfaces.
What You’ll Do:
- Create storyboards and website mapping, build wireframes to conceptualize designs and accurately convey digital platform journeys to internal stakeholders and line manager
- Design new and optimize existing customer journeys, serving both, user ease of use and business needs.
- Regularly update UX benchmarks and develop improvements for the company digital channels – in terms of concepts, content, UI, UX, functional improvements and optimizations
- Participate in generating ideas for online apps, new products and services to develop relevant UX cases and use recent studies and findings to establish optimal UX practice
- Conduct field research through various media platforms and user testing to gather feedback on user satisfaction and ease of interaction with company’s products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal & external) on the UX development of new products and services aimed.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- UX & UI Principles: Strong understanding of user behavior, information architecture, and best practices in user-centered design.
- Visual Design Tools: Proficient in using tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually engaging and functional interfaces.
- Digital Experience & Channels: Solid knowledge of digital ecosystems including web, mobile, apps, and online sales from a customer experience perspective.
- Stakeholder Consulting: Ability to guide stakeholders through the full design process—briefings, debriefings, design proposals, and ongoing improvements—using analytical and strategic thinking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working across product, technical, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Project Management Practices: Familiar with project coordination techniques and contributing to end-to-end delivery of digital solutions.
- Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
