We are looking for a leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• By defining and continuously refining the AI product vision, strategy and roadmap, you enable scalable, data-driven decision-making and long-term business impact.
• You identify and shape high-value AI opportunities that directly improve efficiency, revenue or customer experience.
• A strong sense of prioritization allows you to balance business value, technical feasibility and risk — focusing efforts on what drives the most meaningful outcomes.
• From early use-case definition to deployment and value realization, the full AI product lifecycle sits in your ownership.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, clear requirements, KPIs and success metrics emerge that connect strategy with execution.
• Through guiding Data Scientists on predictive, recommendation and optimization models, robust methodologies are applied while space remains for innovation where it matters most.
• External partnerships are in good hands as you evaluate and manage AI vendors, ensuring delivered solutions align with business needs, quality expectations and architectural standards.
• Growing and mentoring the AI/Data Science team, you foster a culture built on ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.
• As the bridge between business and technology, complex trade-offs become clear, stakeholders stay aligned, and decision-making is confident and informed.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years in a leader role, including ownership of data, analytics, AI or machine learning products.
• Experience with Data science, ML, MLOps, model deployment and AI production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical functions.
