This is not a coding role, and not a pure strategy one either. You’ll stand right between business and data - helping teams turn their challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions. You’ll guide idea owners through the whole journey: from identifying opportunities to shaping pilots, matching the right technology with the right need.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Translate business problems into working, scalable AI-driven products (internal or external).
Co-own delivery of AI solutions together with business owners and have a deep process understanding to eliminate inefficiencies.
Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping (PoCs) through to production deployment and scaling.
Collaborate with business leaders across functions and end-users to understand strategic objectives and translate them into a roadmap of AI-driven solutions.

Design, refine, prioritize and implement AI initiatives to execute on Yettel’s AI strategy.
Support experimentation: scope pilots, build prototypes, define success metrics, and ensure learnings are captured.
Ensure scalability, reliability and ethical implementation of AI solutions
Work closely with the data and business and customer teams to bridge understanding and ensure practical delivery.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI products and use data-driven insights to iterate on the products
Help build awareness and confidence around AI within the company through demos, trainings and storytelling.
Stay on top of emerging AI tools, methodologies, and trends and turn them into relevant use cases for Yettel, while being a thought leader in the topic.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business or a related field
5+ years of product management experience working on data-driven or AI-powered products.
5+ years of experience as a data scientist or data analyst
Strong technical understanding of AI / ML (machine learning, LLMs, Agentic workflows, predictive analytics)
A strong business sense with curiosity for data and emerging tech.
Skilled at simplifying complexity - turning ideas into clear, actionable steps.
Able to lead cross-functional teams – business, IT, data science, analytics, engineering, to deliver complex products.
A collaborative and pragmatic mindset - comfortable driving things forward in ambiguity.
Passionate about solving customer problems proactively, with high agency.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.
