Lead and elevate the Agile practices within Yettel’s Digital Tribe as a center of excellence driving the tribe’s Agile strategy, ways of working, and delivery standards. Ensure seamless, efficient project execution and Agile maturity across multiple teams and departments, while serving as the trusted Agile authority at all organizational levels—from agile teams to senior leadership. This role acts as the primary source for Agile and delivery-related decisions, aligns complex cross-functional initiatives, challenges blockers and inefficiencies with data-driven approaches, and fosters team and individual growth through coaching, mentoring, and clear development pathways.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead the Agile transformation within the tribe, defining and continuously evolving the way of working.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve impediments for smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely communication.
• Drive Agile metrics tracking and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and forecasting with tribe leadership.
• Champion Agile values and principles across the organization.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Technical background or understanding of software delivery life cycle.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist) are preferred.
