We are looking for a #PeopleFirst leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Developing a high-level marketing strategy for business segments, activities, implementations, communication and monitoring in order to increasing the value of the customer base in all B2B segments. 
• Developing, maintaining and modifying offering models for customer contracts/tariff packages in renewal cases to increase the customer value. 
• Involved the business management related value-added process, developing campaign management functions, managing campaigns and related logics, following and modifying them if it’s necessary. 
• Presenting proposals and activities to the management. 
• Representing and coordinating the value-added strategy of all business segments, identifying and implement corrections. 
• Defining target numbers for the business segment and following up, with related activities to increasing customer value. 
• PnL responsibility for all B2B segments. 
• Ensuring the operation of profitability calculators for the B2B segment, implementing proposals to increase profitability. 
• Competitor pricing knowledge: monitoring competitors pricing principles, preparing analyses and formulating proposals. 
• Coordinating the work of the group, prioritizing its tasks. 
• Coordination with other departments with the group's work. 
• Developing the group processes within the group and related to other departments. 
• Developing and coaching the group members with development plan and objectives.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• College or university degree 
• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience (Go-to-Market activity planning, product management) and people management 
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written 
• MS Office skills 
• Analytical approach, good analytical skills 
• Independent, innovative, proactive work 
• Goal- and solution-oriented mindset 
• Outstanding presentation skills 
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under high pressure
