CVM Lifecycle Chapter Manager,

We are looking for a leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Build and lead a cohesive, motivated chapter aligned with company values and Agile principles.
• Develop chapter members professionally through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Ensure domain-specific excellence by promoting best practices, tools, and standards.
• Allocate chapter members or himself/herself to squads based on expertise, potential, and business needs.
• Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and other Chapter Leads to align capabilities with strategic goals.
• Monitor chapter performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and innovation across squads and chapters.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning within the chapter.
• Act as a connector across squads, ensuring consistency and coherence in delivery

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• University or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Marketing).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the chapter’s domain.
• Proven people leadership experience in an Agile or matrixed organization.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and oral).
• Agile mindset and servant leadership
