You will have the following responsibilities:

• Support the development and optimization of personalized offers through the Next Best Offer system, working across both business and technical domains (e.g., analysis, implementation, and evaluation). This will help our team deliver more targeted and effective offers to our customers.
• Conduct data analysis related to marketing activities, product offerings, segmentation, customer behavior and value management, and business processes. Your insights will drive our marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide business stakeholders with insights and analyses to support decision-making, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and effective.
• Perform business analysis activities, including gathering requirements and creating specifications, in accordance with agreed standards.
• Summarize and present analytical results in various formats as required, making complex data understandable and actionable.
• Generate actionable, business-oriented suggestions based on analytical results, helping to shape our business strategies.
• Manage documentation and data assets for data-driven activities in compliance with agreed standards and environmental rules.
• Take partial ownership of company projects and non-project-related objectives from a Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics perspective.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• BSc or MSc in IT, Economics, Technology, Natural or Social Sciences.
• Experience with tools of data preprocessing and analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, PowerPoint, diagrams & data models).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Intermediate understanding of the relevant statistical and analytical methods.
• Basic understanding of database modeling, experience in working with data models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Proficient level of English.
• Python programming skill and telco experience is a plus.
