CRVM marketing manager
Areas of responsibilities
The focus of your role: Manage and own CRM segment related propositions and activities from marketing aspect, including all relevant customer lifecycle planning and execution required to reach business and marketing ambitions.
As CRVM Lifecycle Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Deep understanding of the base and opportunities, monitor the segment’s current and future needs, attitudes and insights
- Lead and drive commercial projects and cross-team cooperations and represent te commercial area in these activities
- Proactively come up with CRVM campaign initiatives based on segment performance, customer and commercial opportunities, and technological innovations
- End-to-end responsibility in segment-related activities including conceptualization of new propositions, commercial design, planning, business case, go-to-market and follow-up aspects
- Continuously track segment performance, immerse in regular analysis on segment performance and propose improvement actions if needed
Via liaison with other departments and organizations ensure that marketing activities are aligned and integrated with other parts of the business
Competencies, skills, professional expertise
- University degree (economics, business administration, commerce, marketing, technical)
- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with deep passion for customer experience
- Relevant marketing or CRM experience
- Commercial and business acumen translated into business success
- Fluent both in Hungarian and English
