You will have the following responsibilities:

• Building a deep understanding of the base, identifying opportunities and improvement areas, and monitoring the segment’s current performance and future needs, attitudes and insights allows you to directly influence smarter business decisions and stronger segment growth.
• Leading and driving commercial projects and cross‑team collaborations, and representing the commercial area in these activities, helps you accelerate execution and improve alignment across functions.
• Proactively coming up with initiatives that boost segment performance and revenues and improve customer experience enables you to support sustainable business growth and higher customer satisfaction.
• Taking end‑to‑end responsibility for all segment‑related activities means you conceptualize new propositions, manage commercial design, plan, build the business case, coordinate go‑to‑market activities, and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Continuously tracking segment performance means you dive into regular analyses and propose improvement actions whenever needed.
• Ensuring alignment between marketing activities and the rest of the business requires you to collaborate closely with other departments and external organizations.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

•  Minimum 2 years’ experience in Consumer Marketing
• Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with deep passion for customer experience
• Commercial and business acumen translated into business success
• Healthy self-confident and autonomous way of work, strong ownership attitude with active, doer, practical approach
• Fluent English speaking skills
• Experience in telco is a plus
