This is not an academic role, as you’ll work hand-in-hand with commercial, customer care, insight, legal, and tech teams to redesign journeys, remove friction, and ensure that customer needs aren’t just heard, but acted on. You’ll apply service design methodologies with flexibility, manage initiatives helping Yettel embed customer-centricity in everyday decision-making.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Map and analyze existing end-to-end customer journeys across digital, retail, care, and network touchpoints.
- Identify customer pain points and prioritize opportunities for meaningful improvement.
- Design customer-centric core journeys, supporting processes, and internal service experiences.
- Lead journey redesign projects from insight to implementation, turning strategy and CX best practices into action.
- Facilitate co-creation workshops across teams and functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from commercial, technology, legal, and operations to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Define and track journey-level KPIs, ensuring that improvements are measurable, owned, and governed.
- Translate insights into action: help embed customer feedback into operational and strategic decisions.
- Serve as a CX ambassador, building awareness and buy-in for service design approaches across the organization.
- Represent Yettel in local and regional CX workshops.
- Stay up to date on emerging CX trends and service design best practices.
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in service design, journey design, or process improvement.
- a can-do attitude and thrive in complex, cross-functional environments.
- fluent in HCD, Double Diamond, and other service design methods, but ready to be flexible to fit the business context.
- communicate and facilitate with ease, in both Hungarian and English (fluency required).
- excellent in project coordination and ownership.
- the combination of empathy and business sense, understanding the customer, as well as how to get things done.
- collaborative, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
As Customer Experience is a key strategic area at Yettel. The CX team sits in the Chief Strategy Officer’s organization with high visibility from the CEO. You’ll report to the Customer Experience Director, working closely with our Insight and CX teams, as well as stakeholders across the company.

These buses leave from several stations in the city: Népliget, Kelenföld, as well as Déli pályaudvar stations, and you can recognize them by the "Yettel bus - Yettel" sign on the front of the vehicles.
