We are looking for a leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Define customer lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, migration, and reactivation, ensuring that each stage supports customer satisfaction and business growth. 
• Identify customer value growth opportunities across segments, products, and lifecycle stages, directly impacting the company’s ability to increase customer loyalty and revenue. 
• Translate customer and market insights into clear Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies, priorities, and initiatives. 
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the customer portfolio and increase customer desirability and value. 
• Define the strategic logic for personalized customer treatments, next-best-actions, and lifecycle interventions. 
• Set objectives and value hypotheses for CVM initiatives and provide the strategic direction for campaign execution. 
• Monitor customer economics and lifecycle performance, identifying emerging opportunities and risks. 
• Lead and develop the lifecycle management team and continuously improve the company's CVM methodology and capabilities. 

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• University or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Marketing).
   
   
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  
• Experience in strategy development, business transformation, consulting, or commercial planning environments.
• Proven people leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and transformation-driven environments.    
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and oral).
• Agile mindset and servant leadership
