You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Improve Yettel’s digital touchpoints, focusing on enhancing digital sales and customer care to deliver a seamless and effective customer experience.
  • Participate in regional strategic projects as a Digital Solution Manager by joining design workshops, preparing supporting materials, aligning capability needs, and taking responsibility for high-level planning until execution begins—ensuring that digital initiatives are well-prepared and aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the digital design system is properly applied in all upcoming developments, supporting a consistent and user-friendly digital environment.
  • Define business and technical requirements to support various project specifications, working closely with agile squads and representing digital business interests in stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate technical experts and business analysts, leading the execution process and channeling development needs to vendors.
  • Propose new capabilities and suggest modifications to customer journeys on digital platforms, always aiming to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Refine agile methodologies based on feedback and results, keep track of industry trends, and identify, define, and measure critical online sales and care journeys.
  • Collect and analyze online-specific insights and research (both qualitative and quantitative) in cooperation with other departments, and use market trends and best practices to inform digital service design.
  • Proactively and independently drive design development processes end-to-end in cooperation with various UX/UI partners.

 

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

  • A college or university degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Advanced expertise in front-end system development, agile methodologies, and project management.
  • A market- and customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering value to users.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
