We are looking for a leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

 

As the new leader of the function, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire digital solution development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in collaboration with development teams
  • Fully responsible for conceptual creation development, employment and P&L of the overall digital product portfolio 
  • Lead the development and evolution of the digital ecosystem's technical architecture, ensuring alignment with both business and digital strategies
  • Collaborate with IT to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for digital platforms, including the website and mobile applications
  • Lead both digital and IT teams in agile methodologies, ensuring continuous delivery, iteration, and improvement of digital features and services
  • Ensure customers are having superior digital experience at every touchpoint, to build customer retention and loyalty
  • Supervise evolution of all campaign, content, online development, digital analytics and other teams to deliver effective and scalable platforms and activities
  • Analyze and direct digital analytics, reporting and data collection processes for objective decision-making
  • Sets backlog priorities for the product development roadmaps and drives improvements on the digital channels, incl. all external facing websites, apps, digital interfaces to improve performance and customer experience
  • Act as a Tribe Lead and coach by providing strategic and tactical direction, define and establish objectives, prepare, monitor and review progress, motivate and ensure
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the tribe and with external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment 
  • Oversee resource allocation and budget management to optimize productivity and achieve financial objectives 
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the tribe's objectives or organizational goals

 

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

  • University degree in Economy, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related background
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in Digital, Marketing or Product development
  • Experience in telecom/digital services industry
  • Minimum 5 years in leadership position with direct reports
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and way of work
  • Excellent understanding of local market, trends and competition
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent knowledge of English language
  • Ability to articulate strategy and concepts to all levels inside the organization to gain commitment and action
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to drive change via building and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed both short and long term business objectives
  • Ability to work in challenging environment under stress and multi-task
