Are you a strategic brand leader who knows how to translate brand strategy into consistent, impactful communication across every touchpoint? We’re looking for a Group Manager of Brand & Campaign Management to own brand-led communications, drive integrated B2B and B2C campaigns, and lead a high-performing team while working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders.

As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Brand Strategy

• Translate the brand strategy, positioning, and values into a coherent communications framework
• Ensure consistent brand expression, messaging, and tone of voice across all campaigns, channels, and activations
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communication activities align with strategic brand principles and long-term brand goals
• Define and track brand and campaign KPIs to ensure strategic impact

Campaign Management

• Develop and own the B2B and B2C marketing communications and brand activation roadmap
• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns and other communicatios
• Brief and manage creative, digital, brand  and other communication agencies
• Ensure strong cross-functional alignment to deliver integrated, consistent communication across all channels
• Oversee campaign and brand performance analysis, research and evaluation
• Ensure excellent project and budget management discipline 

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 brand and campaign professionals
• Drive team performance through clear objectives, feedback, and development planning
• Oversee team operations including recruitment, evaluation, and capability development

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• 8+ years of marketing communications experience, ideally in or with large corporations
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in brand strategy implementation and brand governance
• Proven ability to manage and steer agencies to deliver brand-consistent outputs
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
• Advanced, active English (spoken and written)
• Strategic, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
• Proactive, creative, and trend-aware approach
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Precise, independent, and high-quality work style
