We are looking for a leader who ensures delivery across the company.

This role is about increasing execution speed, bringing clarity to priorities, and ensuring that we deliver real value to our customers. You will play a key role in shaping and managing the company’s project and product portfolio, while building a PMO that is both structured and pragmatic.

You will work across commercial, technology and IT areas, acting as a central driver of delivery discipline and transparency.

As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Drive company-wide execution

• Drive faster, more predictable delivery and improved time-to-market by clearly defining, prioritizing, and executing initiatives with pace, resulting in earlier value realization and stronger business impact.
• Challenge and support stakeholders to focus on outcomes and value, strengthening decision quality and organizational effectiveness.

Own and evolve the PMO

• Build and continuously evolve a pragmatic PMO that balances structure and flexibility in a hybrid project–product setup, enabling scalable delivery while supporting business adaptability.
• Establish simple, consistent ways of working across waterfall and agile initiatives to reduce complexity and increase execution efficiency.

Manage the strategic portfolio

• Create transparency across progress, risks, dependencies, and value delivery to enable informed prioritization, reduce fragmentation, and align investments with strategy.

Lead and develop the PMO team

• Lead and develop a team of ~10 project managers by setting clear delivery standards, strengthening ownership, and continuously building capabilities across delivery, stakeholder management, and IT understanding.
• Ensure the right mix of skills to support both current priorities and future growth.

Enable and embed new ways of working

• Support the company’s agile journey with a pragmatic mindset, ensuring alignment between project- and product-based delivery while reinforcing accountability and follow-through.

Provide clear visibility

• Deliver clear, structured reporting to senior management, flagging risks early and driving timely intervention and resolution.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Strong experience in project/program leadership in complex environments (telco or similar is a plus)  
• Proven track record in driving delivery across multiple, parallel initiatives  
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders  
• Ability to operate in a hybrid environment (waterfall + agile/product setup)  
• Solid understanding of technology/IT-driven projects  
• Experience in building or evolving a PMO is a strong advantage 
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
