Join us at the heart of Yettel's digital transformation! As an IT Product Owner, you'll do far more than manage a backlog: you'll turn business priorities into working digital solutions, drive delivery from idea to release, and play a key role in how our customers experience Yettel every day.

These are the tasks we count on you for:

• Own and prioritize the digital product backlog in Jira, ensuring the team can focus on well-prepared developments that deliver business value.
• Turn complex requirements into clear user stories, technical tasks, and testable acceptance criteria, supporting predictable delivery.
• Support sprint planning and track delivery while managing risks, dependencies, blockers, and scope changes to help the team deliver on its commitments.
• Work closely with the Senior Technical Product Owner, developers, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, testers, and DevOps teams.
• Validate delivered solutions against business expectations and acceptance criteria, and support release planning and deployment readiness.
• Keep Jira and Confluence documentation accurate and contribute to continuously improving delivery processes.

We are looking for you to join our team if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Product Ownership, Technical Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar agile delivery role.
• Hands-on experience with backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, refinement, estimation, and sprint planning.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application development, APIs, integrations, and web services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, combined with analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional proficiency in both Hungarian and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in telecommunications or digital product delivery.
• Experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of Bitbucket, CI/CD, or similar engineering toolsets.
• Product Owner, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications.
