Junior IT Service Delivery Manager,

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage operational relationships with stakeholders, including operations management, finance, legal, and sourcing, to foster effective collaboration and drive organizational efficiency.
• Manager the implementation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and roles and responsibilities across the organization and suppliers, contributing to clear accountability and streamlined processes.
• Monitor, report, analyze, and escalate issues related to service alignment and service levels, ensuring contractual obligations are met and service quality is maintained.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support transparency and compliance.
• Participate in the IT Feedback loop, channeling operational experiences back to IT Development or other teams in the IT Value chain to enhance efficiency and increase user experience.
• Initiate transformational activities to improve technical and financial operational efficiencies.
• Participate in service decommissioning activities.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:

• At least bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Experience in service operations, service delivery.
• Practical knowledge with ITIL processes.
• Service Management experience with at least three of the following processes: incidents, problem, service request, change management, demand management, capacity management, SLA management. 
• Strong communication and reporting skills. 
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and persuade them to cooperate with initiatives where it is required.
• MS Excel / PowerBI and data analytics skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team 
• Fluency in Hungarian and English both oral and written
