Driving to build and maintain a project portfolio which brings the biggest value for the company while best utilizing the available resources.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Optimally match the company’s resources to delivering the highest value project portfolio
• Analyze company Demand side projects (commercial, technology, regulatory & support functions) with the company’s critical Supply resources 
• Develop scenarios to optimally allocate the project portfolio & resources to delivery
• Align with most important directors and prepare for decision on optimal portfolio with Telenor’s Leadership Team
• Resource Management: prepare project related resource plans on a monthly basis; escalate project related resource conflicts on Portfolio Forum
• Further develop the methodology / model to optimally match project Demands and Supply
• Reporting: prepare regular portfolio reporting
• In ad-hoc assignment, as being in project manager role, you will be responsible for delivering project(s) end-to-end (from idea generation until its closing) within approved time-, and budget-frame, meeting the defined KPIs and strategy goals.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in strategic project/program management
• Strong leadership skills to drive strategic goals via portfolio management
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem-solving capabilities; structured and results-driven approach
• Minimum of a Master’s degree (in the field of Finance or Business or Engineering or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills (at top-management level)
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (both written and orally)
• A strong interest in mobile and internet businesses
